the bigs in my system are saying things and those things hurt my body memory body an I need to hurt it back.

good thing there's no one around me to hurt if I cut... which is what happened... well "I" don't, but a little in my system does. and did. checked in with my psych nurse today.
it is what it is. and pnurse says "it's not "bad" and you're not "bad" for doing it. I don't want you to be hurt anymore, but you're not wrong or in trouble for acting in a way that helps in the moment; as long as you don't hurt yourself TOO badly or sui".
