Every day, I feel so alone. I cannot stop thinking about harming or killing myself. I feel like I'm being ignored everywhere I go. I try to forget about the past, but I can't. Something always triggers it. I'm on medicine, yet I still have suicidal thoughts...Why?

Unfortunately we can be triggered even when we least expect it and we're going about our lives minding our own business. A comment, a person, a place ... we're all so different and our exact triggers unique to our circumstances.

I'm sorry that you've got a deep feeling of being alone.

Just remember we are here for you to listen to you, please feel free to post as often or as little as you feel comfortable in doing so.

Why do I feel so alone?
Thanks for this!
