I'm done.
I'm done trying to stop SH when I like it so much. I'm done trying to get thin the healthy way when it doesn't get me anywhere. It's my body and I'll do what I want with it. And if anyone has a problem with it that's too freaking bad. |

I have no problem with that, but realize that what you do now impacts what you do later in life.... Do you want sickness and unhappiness or health and happiness? The choice is yours

I can relate so much to what you say! It is our choice what we do to ourselves. Our choices have consequences whichever way we choose, short term benefit or long term benefit. I find short term so much easier.....
