i cut today...... feeling so unworthy of everything..... i hadnt cut in 4 months.. well thats down the tube now.... my b/f is going to be so diappointed.. and my mom is going to be hurt.. im sorry did it again after about 4 momths

I'm so sorry skittles...It seems like such a blow...you did make it 4 months though and during that time you probably learned about other coping mechanism...that's progress...hopefully those close to you will see the progress and not just the slip...

keep up the good work skittles,
dont look down upon yourself because 4 months is a big achievement
make a point to try for 5 months now try and get there and keep trying
dont give up on yourself because i havent given up on you
