What's to tell? Went two years without SI. Lost it tonight. Got pissed off to the point I couldn't handle it. Still pissed off. Can't hurt the person I want to... so I hurt myself.

You could tell us about those two years and how they have been up until now. I'm sorry you're struggling again now.

Those two years were great. I have been getting out of debt. I've been back with my family... which is great. I just snapped tonight. Not much reason for it. Just lost it.

Ryan, we haven't exchanged posts before...I've been here about 6 months...two years a really long time...please don't let this blip get to you too much.

Glad you have been working on debt and back with your family.

If you want to talk about it...what do you thing happened around you that you "just snapped"?

It's good to see you back... well not for that reason, but I suppose you get what I mean.

Two years is a long time and it's annoying when a slip-up happens for no reason... but that means that if there *is* no real reason then you won't have much problem just keeping on not doing it then, will you? Two years... It's good you went for so long, that means you definitely have the strength to just keep trying...
