it's been so long. but i cut. not too much, but i did. im not really sure why. spur of the moment impulse i guess. and the thing is: it feels so good. seriously. it's that certain type of pain, i dont know. and now i want more. i kinda feel bad, but mostly i dont, because im not doing it because im upset, im doing it because it feels good

Please be careful Songs. There are other things that can make you feel good too.

Please don't let the cycle of cutting consume you. Look outside of yourself for comfort and pleasure.

I know the feeling all too well. Please be careful, doing it because it feels good can get very addicting very quickly.

yes i have a T. have been in therapy for... i dont know, over a year. the thing is, it's not the emotional feeling i like, it's the physical.
