today i was just sitting on the foa just moving the knife up and down my arm (no intention to draw any blood, and i didn't draw any!). but i still felt some on my wrist- felt like i was so focussed on the movement of the knife, i felt the blood anyway- despite their not being any (like i was somehow prpearing myself for when it might come later)

anyone had this experience too

I have not had this exact experience, but there was a time recently where I ended up smearing the blood everywhere because there was so much, and almost felt like a rush just from that.

Im glad it helped keep you safe this time. It's not blood I'm after so wouldn't help me.
Best wishes and hugs.

I see some of your posts and they encourage me. I'm sure they help others too.
