I suffer from chronic pain and whenever I self harm it takes my mind off of the pain that I am in, it's the only pain that I have any kind of control over. I also tend to self harm whenever I am feeling suicidal, I do not self harm with the intentions to off myself although I think that I do it to keep myself from commiting suicide. I find that with intense depression or anger I also find myself to be thinking about self harming more often. I want to stop , any advice?

my advice is to stick around the forum, learn stuff that works for otgher members, then try and apply it to your situation hugs! |
