This past week I almost self harmed for the first time . I kept the blade on my skin for a couple minuets and then I realized what I was about to do, that it was stupid of me... The reason why I did it is that the mental anguish and anger was too much for me. Do any of you have ways to calm down and relax the mind?

Yoga, meditation, exercise, sex, reading, talking to a friend, good TV show....I'm glad you didn't cut, love. I hope my suggestions helped.
