If my mom didn't come back just now she had no ideal how bad i would. Self injure i just got back from getting bandages at the doctor for doing something two nights ago there's not even a real reason i do it anymore i just react when i feel a certain way.i cant bear the thought of my sisters coming home and always end up physically fighting or the drama and sometimes a few hits are thrown at me.so holidays do suck i cant wait till the youngest leaves again.

Holidays can be a very hard, stressful time. Do you have somewhere quiet and private you can go to take a break from the family when you feel overwhelmed?

Try to be gentle with yourself The holidays will end. You can get through this.
