This may sound strange but is it possible for someone to self injure themselves without them actually knowing they are doing it as in their minds are somewhere else?Does that make sense?Sorry I'm not good at explaining things...I'm still just trying to figure out what's wrong with me.I never self injured before well at least I don't think I ever did i really don't know anymore....sorry I'm just thinking about the past at the moment...sorry if any of this upsets anyone in any way.

Have a nice evening

Hello isseyally: I don't know if this is possible or not. But I saw no one had replied to your post. So I thought I would. Personally, whenever I have self-injured, I always knew what I was doing... not that it made any difference...

Yeah I've self injured without really realising before. It's scary. I think if this is something you are dealing with regularly you should really seek help irl. You're certainly not alone though.
