I'm really happy. Today it's been 6 years since my last SI. It hasn't always been easy, as I've had lots of urges and still get urges today. But I can ignore them now.
So if you're still struggling with SI, know that it is possible to stop. splitimage |

Hi splitimage
MAJOR KUDOS on 6 YEARS!!!! ![]() ![]() There are always likely to be "bad days" with urges, as you know from those 6 years, but always remember how amazingly well you've done ![]() Alison |
