Forgive me if I have posted this here already. I asked in the 12 step boards but no one could help me. I have been wondering if anyone has heard of working the steps to stop self harming? Self self mutilaters anonymous.....My therapist thought it might help me stop cutting if i worked The steps but I can't find any good online or in person meertings.

I am not sure if all the steps apply but some of them can be helpful...
