You really need to go see a Therapist/Counselor. You need to do this as quickly as possible. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers but from what you suggested as a form of self-harm is extremely dangerous. With long lasting consequences for you and all your loved ones.

I offer you a gentle hug and a soft embrace. Please Be Safe!

If you want to talk feel free to contact me...

Just maybe... Maybe you should tell him. Are you afraid? I would be too. But he may be helpful and support. I suppose only you know that...

If you want to talk please send me a Private Message.

I'm not an expert but after reading all this I think you need to go to the Emergency Room and get some help. I don't think you should be alone at this time. One small error in judgment on your part could have disastrous consequences for you and everyone you know.

I know this site is peer support. Please, find someone to talk too.
