I have been posting some comments and questions in here to try to help myself and others. They are questions that get me focused on good coping methods and such. Everyones comments help me add to my lists of ways to cope. Plus sometimes it is so easy to concentrate on all the bad and I need help in seeing the good. If this is annoying anyone I am sorry.

Hello (((Twirls))). I think it is good tht you have others thinking about coping skills and the proper and best way to handle difficult situations that may arise in their lives. Take care. Soidhonia
