If I slip now, should I show my mother first things tomorrow, or wait until she catches up. I don't want her to feel blame, even though she triggered me this time..

I find at least with my mom she takes it better if I tell her about them than if she were to find out on her own. Ultimately it is up to you. Do you want you're mom to know she triggered you or not? Because that would guide you one way or the other. Good luck!
