when i have so much pain i can't seem to deal with anyting else i find someone to talk or chat with until either the pain goes away or i am so tired all i can do is sleep. This might not be the healthiest way of dealing with pain but it keeps me from doing something stupid

Thank you for the advice. I did some reading here and the pain has eased for now. At least it has a little. It seems to never completely go away. Too much But it does get a little less at times.

I hate this.

I hope you're feeling the weight lift a bit. Distraction doesn't heal but it can help get you over the rough patch without making a destructive choice.

Not sure if those are words of comfort but if it helps I'm right there with you.

Take care (((((roseleigh))))

It's so hard for some to understand the massive amount of pain we feel so often.

I hope things are getting a little better

(((ROSELEIGH))). I am sorry that you are suffering at this time. I think that was very good advice to find someone to talk to or chat with when you are feeling alone and isolated. Reading is good as well to help you get your mind focused on something ealse for a bit to help you feel better. There are also support groups nd classes that you can attend to help you feel less alone. Volunteering is a good way to help you release some of the pain and feel less alone by feeling that you are helping others that may be less fortunate than yourself. Watching a comedic movie can help sometimes as well just to turn the negative into a more reasonable and bearable situation. There is also the option of callng your therapist to help you when you feel that you can not help yourself or feel isolated. You do not have to be into a relapse or a complete crisis to call your therapist, you need to call when you need help for yourself or you are struggling to find the correct way of copng with your situation to get the guidence you need to be able to feel better. I hope things get better for you soon ((ROSELEIGH))). Take care. Soidhonia
