does anyone do this.

well not really punching your teeth directly, punching your bottom lip- and in turn that hits your bottom row of teeth causing a bit of pain

I just started doing this

Yikes. That’s gonna get really sore. You’re very aware of the behavior so it seems like it would be easier to stop than if it was something you didn’t realize you were doing. I wear a night guard to keep from grinding my teeth at night and it really helps.

what is that

obviously something to do with the mouth, and I'm guessing something that doesn't taste very nice

this is actually quite addictive. I like the feeling
