I’m trying everything for coping skills: listening to music, working out, going for a walk, reading, and now I’m here. The urge to self harm will not go away. I don’t know what to do now other than give in. I’m just so damn restless and nothing will help!

spikes, I hope you can get through this. I know how hard it is when they come on. I have only gotten through a few times. Otherwise I do what I shouldn't.

Spikes, I hate it when that happens, when all the coping skills fail, and the urges just won't stop. Kind of experiencing that myself today. I just keep telling myself, this too shall pass. Doesn't make it easier. But it gives me hope. Maybe it will give you some hope too. Kit

Don't give up on trying to distract and self soothe. Please keep at it!
