Just wondering if people get obessessed about self harm where they look at pictures in the internet of self harm.
I haven't SH in about 4/5 years but still get urges that I relieve by looking at on the internet of self harm images. Is this something others do? |

Yes, sometimes I do this, but I have to be careful about it because I end up triggering myself half of the time. Congrats on the 4/5 years without SH. Great job! HUGS Kit
