Sorry I have not posted in here lately. I wanted to say something but did not want to say anything for fear of making people mad. I am assuming we are all here to stop SIing. I know we all have our bad momments, and need to ask for help. I am just disappointed about not seeing more threads on positive coping. It just seemed that more and more people were only talking about the negatives. Like we all are triggering each other. I did not want to get pulled into that thinking again. I needed to leave for a while. I like seeing sucess stories posted. I did notice some were being posted again. Maybe its just my distorted thinkig, but it seems sometimes there is a competition on who is doing the wortst instead of the best. I don't mean to offend anyone even though I know I probablity have.

It is sad that many can't see thier success stories. And everyone has them. The day, minute whatever length of time that passes without SI is a triumph. Unfortunately the shame that seems to come with SI seems to overshadow these accomplishments. With so many hurting the immediate support is welcome to help through these times.

Please keep sharing success stories as it is uplifting to those struggling to see that healing is possible. It is the hope that everyone's needs are met here. No matter in what form they take or what they are.

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((bchlyn)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) congratulations on 22 days. That is an accomplishment. However, I still would like to support the pain you are feeling and I have not been triggered by your posts at all. Please share both your successes and your struggles as from both hopefully you will find support.

((((((((twirls))))))))) Positive self-care, good for you. Sometimes coming here is bad for me as well.

Take care of yourself.
