Well for one thing I did a lot for 9 years the last time was September 2015. For the stuff I’ve been doing recently in the last 10 months, it was 10 days ago and I haven’t had any urges since.

145 days. I almost SH'd a couple nights ago but couldn't find my blade. Found it just now though right in front of my nose so now I have to actually try again. Would be nice to be able to wear a T-shirt next week when it's the first bit o warm weather we've had in forever.

February 9th was the last time it happened - 18 days later I had a minor relapse and last night I got closer than ever to a relapse but kept my stuff together.
The people that hurt me are in the wrong and why hurt myself in return? This thought process always fuels my decision not to relapse and fight for myself and get angry at others instead (only in my mind but also defending myself - without hurting others and only verbally - when necessary) - having a voice is so freeing. |

Almost relapsed yesterday, smashed something but did not end up proceeding and following through with it.
Other than that I think I have been clean for a few days now. I don't know exactly how many. |
