giving up does not make you less human or less good.
we all give up at times. sometimes we also give in. you have done very well, regardless of how tonight results. as long as you still get up tomorrow, you're doing alright.
we've already had hard lives, you don't need to give yourself more hard times (that comes straight from my MD-she's so cool).
