Please don't hurt yourself, FuzzyBear.
Look at it this way -- does Donald Trump, who is a real contender for the worst human being on the face of the Earth -- hurt himself? No. 1000 times no. So why should you, who are a loving, lovely being, even consider doing this? (I hope you're not spending a lot of time around people who are excessively critical of you, because that can't help). Try to think good thoughts. Think of bears and turtles. (((((   )))))
