I've tried everything the last two weeks to try and not do anything, stayed off any stimulants, tried all sorts of distraction tactics and although it was damned hard, I was doing it, now though, i've just had the results of some tests and the damage they did to me years ago is now going to be with me forever, the physical pain will be with me everyday. I don't know how to deal with this and try to stop si at the same time, just don't think i have the strength.

Oh anyone,,,it is always the darkest just before the sun rises...please hang on and breath deep. Look for alternatives,,there are always alternatives. Pain is here for all of us and though it does hurt deeply at times,,it is always a reminder of being alive.

You have the strength,,far more than you might think...

One day at a time...

With deepest regards,

Lenny

Thankyou Lenny

I guess sometimes I just need a reminder about the alternatives, yes I know they are there but sometimes just forget how to find them I've tried
