grr i jus talked to my ex and he told me that he would die if i did n he wont talk 2 me and im makin him cut himself i guess cuz i wont date him cuz i hav a bf already n now im all depressed

I started on this sight at 14 and am not 17. Since i got the courage to get help after finding great people who were supportive on this sight, I have come a long way and can admit to my problem areas. Things can get better.

my t explains it like this...
he might say or do something to upset me (his responsibility)...but, it is my choice what i do with that (my responsibility)...you aren't responsible for what your ex chooses to do...he is!

he is only trying to upset u. its not ur fault if he cuts, in this case he is trying to manipulate u.
