i dealt with a memory and felt it coming on.... i emailed t and said SI was a possibility... then right after that it happened. i couldn't call t like i am supposed to - i was not in control and the one who was gave me 10 more marks. i called T 5 minutes later (trying to bring myself out of that shakey zone where everything is scary) and only her voicemail picked up. i did leave a message.
but really, am glad that since she didn't pick up that i didn't call before hand because the wait to SI would have been unbarable... ya know?

(((((bbear, lyn))))) *sigh* t was concerned and asked that i not go through those stages alone. is glad that i'm involved in PC. wants me to call and *tell* her that i need help stopping these states. never thought of that. i jst thought i call and say "yep - this sucks right now". im soooo cold, i feel as if i'm made of ice.

it is somehow a hard thing to balance - my own pain, and the opportunity to be cared for. does that make any sense?
it feels like, by calling t i am punishing myself rather than allowing her to help me.
