I got a "Needs Improvement" on my monitoring form at work and I cut. I cut the first time in about 2 years I used the sharp point of a metal ruler.

I cut on March 11. You can still clearly see the three long marks down my fore arm. It looks like I was attacked by Wolverine on X-Men. I really really hope they fade before summer. Otherwise I can't wear T-shirts.

Safe hugs. 2 years is a good job. Stay safe, start again.

Love ya... and PS. We've still probably got a few more weeks of winter for us Ontarians, so you've got a little bit more time.

I'm sorry about your work evaluation, that stinks. I cut the first time in about 2 years

Thanks for the support. I went without cutting for a long time. I can do it again. I just have to learn to deal with upsetting info better.

I live in Ottawa too!

I have a couple of months to heal. It's amazing how long winter is here LOL. Didn't it start snowing in October? Wow, 7 months of snow.

Hey, you're inspiring me - Today is 1 year, 1 month SI free for me. I cut the first time in about 2 years

Ottawa is... cold. Haha. Yeah, I think it did. We keep getting snow... could take forever to get outside in the sun, which is not fun for the mood, but good for other things.

Be well, goodnight (3am and Christina is tired!) ttyl!
