Not sure where to start but here goes. I sied Sunday night. Used my nails to make my bottom raw. So I have lost it again sigh. Tomorrow I get to fess up to therapist again. She has been pointing to the fact that I wasn’t cutting as progress but I just changed my tool and location not my habit. I haven’t done anything since this, all I have to do is sit and it hurts and that is more than enough.

I am sorry things are so hard that you felt you needed to SI. I hope you and your t can work together tomorrow to give you some other coping skills. Please don't get discouraged.

Thanks for the support. Therapist was as good as always. I was way down so it was harder than usual but we connected and did the work we need to do.
She talked about how I was in control of the SI and she was not going to give it a lot of attention. I have been pretty good at being in control of it. I still have hardly any urges. What a relief. Now I have to figure what I am going to do instead. [/colo]
