Help please!!!

I know this isn't on the subject of cutting but since im a self harmer i figured id put it here, today i told my therapist about me being taken advantage of when i was little, she says it's molestation, and now she has to report it even though it happened when i was 11 and i'm 16 now, i don't know what to do, i have so many emotions going through me and i don't know how to handle them, if the CPS or whoever the report goes to actually takes up on it and tells my parents i don't know what i'll do i'm so scared help!

It's ok. It sounds like the person who did it was not your parents then. Chances are, I think that the child protective services will want to talk to you and your parents. But don't worry! It's ok! Your parents care about you and want to protect you! The protective services people will want to make sure that you don't have contact with the person who did it. I understand being scared. I was there once too. But it's ok. And still always tell the truth! Don't change what you said because you are afraid. They will understand that you are scared. I think that they would expect it. It's natural.

maybe you can ask to meet with them in your t's office... that way you would have her to help you... stay safe...lyn
