For a long time Adderall was like a barrier and kept me from cutting. Well, I stopped taking it a while back because of heart rate problems between the Adderall and Propranolol. I know my doc still wanted to see me on it cuz he knew what I would do without it. So did I. Almost 3 months--& I'm OFF Adderall! But you know what?! I've *MIRACULOUSLY* gone almost 3 Months without doing any form of SI! I've had thoughts--BUT I haven't acted on them! I'm beginning to wonder if I actually need the Adderall anymore. I still get thoughts, but I'm able to resist so much better than before--even just a month or two ago. Just wanted to share!! Woo hoo!

that's great sounds like you have learned new ways to stay safe... you should be really proud of the hard work it has taken to get to this milestone... lyn
