I don't know how to stop anymore.
I feel like I don't even need to stop. I'm doing it more often than ever, and i've taken so many different anti-depressents I don't know what will help anymore. All that seems to matter now is Blood & Alcohol. I 'm so sad and upset all the time, I won't even get out of bed to go to school! As a result I'm now failing out of 9th grade. I'm so lost, and confused. Everything hurts and I just don't even want to live anymore... but this is just me ranting again.

Finding the right AD is really hard... Have you had any help at all from friends, family, medical professionals to deal with all of this? Rant away, whenever you need to. Please be safe.

I know it might not seem like it now, but you can bring yourself out of this... it will get better if you have hope. Write down your feelings, try and understand why you are feeling like this, and more importantly, talk. I hope you feel better soon, but just try not to give in to urges you might have... and go to school! I went through a bit of a depressed stage when I was in school - rough times - I also went through a rebellious streak, but when I realised that I was hurting those around me, and being like that wasnt helping me at all. So I decided to concentrate on my work and my studies, and it really helped, I got excellent grades and continued to go to college afterwards. Keep that in mind, drinking and other things will never help you... take care hun, babyg xXx
