Does it make me twisted that I want to self-inflict injury so bad, just to watch myself suffer, just to watch myself bleed. I want to find my knife so bad and slash right along the cut that landed me in hospital in the first place. Want to so bad... just cut along this hideous scar and open it back up. Or at least cut somewhere. I know over there will land me in stupid hospital again.

Please don't. I hate hospitals as well, but if you're unable to control the urges and might seriously injure yourself, please get some sort of IRL help. You can do this. Life is hard right now, but you can get through this. Please take care of yourself.

Stay safe..like Christina said if your scared you may seriously hurt yourself please seek some kind of IRL help. We all care very much Vince. Is there someone you could call to come over for awhile and stay with you till you feel safe? Or maybe there is something you could do to distract your self like watch a movie or write? I'm not even supposed to get out of my stupid bed. I have to sit here and try and not to.
My friend is supposed to be watching me but he left the room to go watch TV and I think he's fallen asleep. That happens freakishly often. Scared, stupid, wanting to just do it so bad  I feel like the knife is calling to me to cut.

Friend forgot he was supposed to be watching me and left...  Now I'm alone again.I want to drink or find pills or cut Mostly cut, just... argh. It's hard to put words.
