hi... sorry i haven't been around a lot lately... my life is really overwhelming right now and it seems that i never have time to take care of myself let alone find time on the computer... i want to thank you all for always being willing to listen when i am struggling... sometimes it's the only way i can stay safe... i know many people think that we just feed off each other... but that isn't what i have found... when i can tell someone i am struggling it really helps me find solid ground... i don't have anyone irl... that i can tell except my t... even when i try and tell my kids that i am struggling with anxiety and depression... they don't want to hear it... and just blow it off... that's how it's been my whole life... anyway just wanted to let you know that i am really grateful to you all... and even though i am hiding from life right now... i am thinking about you all...lyn
