UGH!!!! I have to go to my T tomorrow. I am not in the mood to talk about stuff. She might have the records from Social Services about my stepmom. My stepmom has had like 2 dozen child abuse reports made on her, but they never took us out of our home! I am only 17, but I feel 24. I am nervous about our session. I wanna know what they say, but i have a feeling I might wanna cut afterwards. I could use someone to talk to.

I'm sorry hun I don't know about you but I always feel better after my sessions, even if they are hard!

Halliebeth, I hope your session helps rather than hurts the situation and your feelings about it. If you want to cut, please talk to us INSTEAD of cutting, ok?

Maybe you can tell your therapist how your feel before she starts leading into something deep. Let her know you feel unsafe with regard to cutting. Maybe this way you can think of a plan to keep you safe during therapy.

every time i go there i want to cut afterwards!!! as soon as i leave i start thinking of ways and when to do it and i just feel like i am goin nuts!

Have you told your T that every time you leave you want to cut? That's an important thing to talk about, I think.

no i am afraid to. she would just start asking me if i need to be hospitalized. like she always does
