We have all felt like this at some point. We feel better knowing that its 'there' for us to fall back on. Even I used to look forward to it... what we dont think about is how **** we feel afterwards... how guilty we feel for doing it to ourselves again, and we have to go through that dark depression for a few days/weeks where we actually believe we are 'failures' and 'unworthy' etc etc... just because we were weak for one moment. Is it actually worth it?
Not SI'ing for weeks is fantastic, why not see if you can go further? - babyg - x

Welcome to PC. I am sorry that you are feeling so much distress that you feel you need to harm yourself. Maybe you can consider using a more positive coping mechanism? Please try and be safe.
