i know this isn't going to sound like a big deal... but it kind of is for me... i have just past week 13 without si... i try not to count the slips... and focus on all the days i didn't... but this past week has been really overwhelming... and i didn't think i was going to make it... but so far i have... october promises to be going out with a bang... lyn

thank you... i am really trying not to si... and it seems that my food issues are now upfront... i am trying not to slip and si to make all this go away...lyn

sounds big to me. i know your former 9, so GO YOU!!!!!! I've not made it past 12. and haven't started counting again in ... a long time.
