I just scratched up my whole entire leg. And it hurts. It hurts. So bad that It hurts to breath. Or It just hurts. Im in so much pain. I am limping. My whole entire leg is going to be one big scab tomorrow. I think im going to cry. See scratching hurts worse than cutting. Thats why i did it. but i went too far. OW! errrrrrrrrr. Ok im good. the effects after this always do this. this see this is why cutting isnt good. OWWWWWWWWWWWWWw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!................ I dont think i can walk. or sleep. ok im good.

I am sorry that you felt you had no choice but to harm yourself. I hope your pain has lessened and you were able to get some sleep. Please try and be kind to yourself; you deserve it.
