It has been 35 days since I have self injured. I was in Hot Topic the other day. The guy at the register had 4 or 5 day old cuts above the wrist bands he was wearing. I wanted to reach out and touch him, to say that I knew exactly how he felt at the moment those cuts were made. I have thought of him often the last few days.

I am well.
