'.... too be honest Megan, I'm beyond caring.'

I'm at breaking point. Would it really be so bad if I gave in this time?

jmo but i think the more you give in the harder it is to stop - thats what I found - the more I cut the more I wanted to - its hard not to - its REALLY hard somtimes - but you have to hope things get better, that there is a light at the end of the tunnell and that you can get through this minute by minute if necessary - stay safe - P7

"Would it really be so bad if I gave in this time?"

(((((babyg)))))
if you gave in this time, then how would you feel afterwards about it- the disappointment and anger at having let it get the better of you. It can trigger a nasty downward sprial by giving in to the urges, yet you can gain so much pride and strength by resisting them. I hope you are feeling better now, and that your strength did shine through. However if it didn't it wouldn't be so bad- just a small bump on a long road.....
