me no be heer fer 3 day now cuz wuzn't able tu reli use de computer. me onli dink awl de time es me jus gota du sumdin tu de bodi tu make de hurtin go way frum wat dey did tu me. me nose dat it no hapen stiv bodi memrie dat thowt jus no cum in. de si dat me duin rite now de big no seem tu feel it, an it no can be seen dat me es duin it. wit bein sick, stuff goin rownd heer in de present, an awl de memries, flashbacks, an nitemares, me jus not no wat tu du xcept tu du sum kine uf si to meybe numb ding owt.

I'm sorry you feel like you have to hurt yourself. Having bad memories and flashbacks must be really hard.
Please try to do other things instead of hurting yourself. You could make a picture of how you feel, you could color, you could listen to music, you could play a game, or you could dance around. I'm sorry you are feeling so badly. I wish I could make all the pain go away. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I usually dance around or knit when I feel like Im going to hurt myself... joyful music helps while you dance... even angry music so you let it out

she no upset wit therapy, it jus de veri lasss wun cherie wen tuu, teld cherie dat sense she noes bowt wat hapen in hur life, dat she no need tu hav alters eni more. dis T dedn't evn wana tawk tu eni uf us alters an she canseld de cort order fer cherie tu ****inue in therapy. but wen she releese cherie as client, she an cherie hav relatunship wit each uter. so cherie no go tu eni more therapy no more.
