me jus no unstan. whi me keep havin nitemares uf de same ding evn tho me du tawk bowt it an evri ding dat peple teld me to do but me still hav dem an me end up si gen ovr an ovr. las tim me ded it insted uf cross de arm, but down it. in de nitmares me heer dem tell me tu die, an me end up cutin r burnin.

Yogirl, a person can talk about these things with only their minds involved. In order for healing to occur the feelings needs to be involved.

yo girl, why do you need to understand the nightmares or urges? Look up the reasons to not hurt yourself. Look up different things to do. Write the feeling you have before the urge to self-harm. I totally agree with Sannah. The feelings are being blocked when we self-harm. Please take care of you.
