I feel nothing. But it hurts at the same time. I think if I could cut, it would let out the hurt and I could feel something at the same time.
But, it would be so upsetting to my mom, who I live with now. In the past, when I lived alone, this wasn't a factor. HELP!!! |

Berries, I am on my break so forgive me for being brief.
Please dont hurt yourself - look at the things you can do not to hurt yourself at the top of the page of threads - do some exerciese - snap an elastic band as hard as you can on your wrist - you know you will feel worse afterwards - please try to find another way to cope with this - do somthing that doesnt involve self harm - draw on your arm if you must but dont hurt yourself the internal pain can be so hard to bear sometimes - thats when you can try distraction techniques - hold some ice in your hand - pet a cat ro dog if you have one - go for a walk - talk to a friend on the phone - I have to go - but please take care of you - be kind to you - ![]() ![]() ![]()

How about working on dealing with the feelings in a healthy way? Are you in therapy?
