I HAVE URGES

Urges to see the pain
Urges to feel the pain
Urges to release the pain
Urges to understand the pain

You can fight them, you are STRONGER than they are... try and recognize them for exactly what they are: an impulse -something that you are much stronger than and can fight back against.

Can you find a more constructive (and safe) way for your to express your pain? Distractions? journalling? .... the key is to get out and do something other than what you are doing now... something other then fueling your pain.

Hang in there
