Today I am going to try to focus on one moment at a time. I have been homeless for almost a year. In this moment I have a warm room courtesy of a friend for whom I am truly grateful. BREATHE. Constantly feel like a burden.

My teeth hurt from grinding/clenching in my sleep. Eating is becoming more of a problem due to teeth sensitivity and the past 3 days nausea has been getting the best of me. BREATHE. I know I have to eat something.

Today, one moment at a time! BREATHE with INTENTION.
