Hi everybody,, Happy New Year. Just a note for those of you who have not heard. Effective tommorrow all Annuties and pensions will be taxed, so if you receive a pension or an annuity and have not had taxes taken out you need to ck with your employer and see if you will be taxed. I rec a pension and I already pay a tax, but I have to fill out a new Wp-4 form, my old one is invalid. If I don't, I will be taxed at a 6.99% rate which can be high dep nding on your income level. So ck with your employers because th packets should be sent out to all who receive pensions.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for your info Wish they could fix the unfair SS marriage tax.. $25, 000. Income for singles before SS taxed. Only $32,000 for marrieds before SS taxed. Fair would be $50,000.? Still difficult to live on that amt. If only income. New 2018 tax law: according to radio host Bob Brinker: many other marriage tax penalty issues in effect. Unfair
