I've eaten freezer-burned food before. Is it bad for your health? I thought it just tasted bad.

Have an issue when I eat fish, either one occasion or twice during a week. It can be fresh or canned, doesn't make any difference.

My pee smells of fish and I can often smell it through my skin. At first, really spooked me but now I just avoid going out if I think it's strong. It's to be expected with spiced food such as curries, but didn't expect fish to be a culprit.

Apparently, it's a common problem around how our bodies process some types of food. Food can take 24-48 hours to pass through our bodies, so yes, the smell can linger.

I know asparagus makes our pee smell like it. Weird, huh?

I would think some freezer-burned food can be bad for us. It's probably old--or the good vitamins, whatever, aren't there anymore?

Seems like it would be smart to put a date on foods when we put them in the freezer....

I’ve eaten freezer burned food and am still here. Our health issues

I do label my stuff but still forget about stuff in there more than 2 months. It may not taste good or have the same nutrients but food is too precious to throw out unless obviously bad. It’s too deeply ingrained in me not to waste food.

Walgreens and CVS Just Issued This COVID Warning to All Shoppers

Closed pharmacies are distressing to those of us dependent on certain of them.

What else can they do, the pharmacists can’t work if they’re sick.

Supposedly we get Vit D from sun exposure, but they've been telling us to decades to avoid the sun and wear sunscreen. Now a "little" is supposed to help, yet I also read that sun exposure is cumulative. So a bit everyday will still add up to sun damage and risk of skin cancer. You can't win.
