That's great news! I often have a cup of hot chocolate before I go to bed at night. |

After all those years of hearing avoid the sun because it causes skin cancer, I still avoid the sun. I wear a big hat or use my umbrella, wear sunscreen, and usually long sleeves. Plus, the sun is HOT here where I am, not mild and soothing. If exposes without sunscreen I keep it brief, just a few minutes not hours. Sun exposure is cumulative in how it damages, as I have sun damage now from my years of sunbathing as a teenager! In those days, there was no talk of skin cancer. Used to get Coppertone's dark tanning lotion and lay there and bake, like chicken! I cringe when I think of it now. __________________ Call me "owl" for short! On the subject of cocoa and chocolate, I know the dark chocolate is better since it's not so sweet. But it doesn't taste as rich and creamy. __________________ Call me "owl" for short! My house's air conditioner works well enough that I can drink hot drinks.
I don't mind getting up at night to go to the bathroom. But maybe I should drink the hot chocolate as my dessert after dinner. |

Getting up is disruptive to sleep and sometimes it's not easy to go back to sleep.......Really, it's a nuisance. No liquids after 6pm, certainly not caffeinated ones. __________________ Call me "owl" for short! Hmmm....looks like some good tips in here. "Okay, enough photos. So hot & humid out this summer I can't tolerate being out much but my new neighbor bought 3 horses & I am caring for them while they are gone for awhile. Getting my lawn tractor back from repairs this week. Has been in the shop since fathers day so lots of mowing needs done. So will have to force myself outside more now.....bugs have been bad too in the heat & humidity. Kinda glad I could hibernate more this summer
