Porn addiction

Hello I ve been strugglign with porn addiction for a while and recently it escalated resulting in me trying different games ... this games from what people say over the internet are supposed to give you pleasure but I dont feel any pleasure whatsoever from it ... I just do it then stop it have an orgasm to normal porn , and chill for a few days till this urges come in again ..

any idea what is happening here ?

What is your motivation here? Aren't you happy with this addiction? A little more information is needed. Is your lady jealous? Since, this is a mental health forum, I will assume this is something that you feel is a problem and are shame about. I have idea what is driving this addiction urge. I had it myself and was shamed out it. I now know it has to do with this guy I got scared about having intercourse with at around 18 years his veins were in his arm moving it just really scared me. I was pure at that time. That is when I was born around 18 years masterbation.

Ask yourself if you love these people or just lust after them?! Then find a professional to help you on the transformation period of decreasing and stopping the use of porn. Don't let it turn into a sexual addiction.
