just wondering how the girl does it and is it hard to keep the man inside? Ive never done it before but this guy wants to try that position and i dont know what to do. any hints??

Its really quite easy. You just straddle him while he's laying on his back and physics sort of help everything out. You shouldn't have problems with him "falling out" or anything, just don't go too crazy until you have it figured out. You will love it, I bet. Have fun.
